1. Offer types

1.1. Spend X amount to get gift(s)

This offer helps you attract customers by offering a $ or % off if they spend a certain amount on an order.

1.2. Free sample with purchase

Free sample with purchase offers give customers a free gift when they purchase or meet a specific spending threshold.

Example: Get a free refill with any cushion purchase.

1.3. Buy one get one

Buy one get one offer is when customers purchase one item and receive an additional product, either free or at a discount.

Example: Buy one T-shirt, get another one free.

1.4. Buy X get Y

This offer allows customers to receive a discount or a free product (Y) when they purchase a certain quantity or type of product (X).

Example: Buy 2 shampoos, get a conditioner for free.

1.5. Spend more get more

2. Key features

2.1. Main condition

  • Cart value condition: Minimum or maximum cart value customers need to reach to get the gift of the offer.

  • Cart quality condition: Minimum or maximum cart quantity customers need to reach to get the gift of the offer.

  • Specific product condition: This feature lets you set conditions for selected products, including required quantities, gift multipliers per purchase, and options to match gifts with selected products.

  • Cart value multiplier condition: The value that customers need to reach to get the gift will be multiplied by more gifts.

  • Pack of product condition: Customers will get the gifts only when they purchase all the selected products.

2.2. Sub-conditions

  • Specific link address: Only customers who access your store through a particular link can get gifts.

  • Customers’ order history: Only customers whose customer locations meet specific requirements can get gifts.

  • Customer tags: Only customers with specific tags can receive gifts.

  • Customer location: Only customers from a particular country can receive or not receive gifts.

  • Subscription products: Target specific customers by selecting either subscription or one-time purchase products.

  • Sales channels: Only customers purchasing products from a specific sales channel, such as an online store, mobile app, or point of sale, can be rewarded.
