Set up BOGOS on Shopify POS

Please have BOGOS installed in your Admin and Shopify POS installed on your mobile device (iOS or Android). Once it's done, please follow these steps:

  1. On your mobile device, open the Shopify POS app.

  2. From the POS Home screen, tap Add tile

  3. Tap the App option and select BOGOS.io: Free gift on the screen

  4. Add the BOGOS POS UI extension

And that's it!

BOGOS POS currently does not support offers with conditions applied to collections:

  • only selected collections

  • all except selected collections

Add gift to in-store purchases

First, you need to create an offer by navigating to All Offers --> Gift Offers

There are two methods for you to choose how you can add gift to the cart: automatically or via the Gift Slider

Gift Auto Add

Automatically add gifts to the cart based on the customer’s purchase. To use this option, first enable the 'Automatically add gift to cart' setting under Settings → Gift Condition. Then, when creating the offer, set the discount percentage to 100% to offer the gift for free. If you're offering multiple gifts, choose 'Automatically add all gifts'.

Choose from Gift Slider

When customers make an in-store purchase, please follow these steps to add gifts to their order:

  1. Add products to your cart. Make sure the cart reaches the condition of your offer

  2. From the POS Home screen, tap Bogos Pos

  3. From the list of available gift products, click Add to cart

  4. The gift is now added. Complete the order and checkout

Multiple offers are displayed separately in a slider, making it easier for customers to view and select.

When customers qualify for a free gift, they will receive a real-time notification, making your offer more appealing. This feature is only applicable to the Gift Slider.

Run offer on POS Channel only

This feature allows you to create offers with specific conditions that are exclusively available on the online store and POS, helping your campaigns target customers more effectively.

To activate this feature, you will follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Go to Gift offer and select any suitable offer for your campaign

  • Step 2: In the Offer sub-condition section, click Add sub-condition => navigate to Sales channel => Click Add this condition

  • Step 3: Choose Point of sale channel => click Publish to finish your setup

Run offer at specific locations.

You can create point-of-sale exclusive offers for a particular POS location, enabling more personalized shopping experiences.

Sync Quantity

The quantity of gift on the POS is automatically synchronized with your inventory, ensuring that the inventory quantity is always up to date and preventing overselling of promotional items.
