# Pricing Plan
BOGOS offers flexible plans to suit your business needs, including:
* **Free plan**: Works well with new users who want to explore the key features of BOGOS. This plan helps you get a quick tour of how the app works by allowing you to use basic features and receive 30 free orders.
* **Paid plan**: Helps you to get more orders by unlocking advanced features, which are perfect for merchants who want to scale their businesses and increase AOV. You’ll have a 7-day free trial to enjoy all premium functionalities before any charges apply.

**-> Your total cost = plan price (monthly or yearly) + usage charge** ($0.05 per extra order)
**Example:** You are on the Grow plan (Monthly). In one billing cycle, BOGOS generates 650 orders - that's 50 orders over your 600-free-order limit.
Your usage charge: 50 extra orders × `$0.05` = `$2.50`
Your total cost for that cycle = `$49.99` plan price + `$2.50` usage charge.

“Order” refers specifically to **orders generated through BOGOS**, not all orders in your store.

## Understand usage charge
Usage charge is a pricing structure where users pay an additional fee to activate more orders attributed by BOGOS after reaching their limitations. This model will help us to allocate resources and provide high-quality support efficiently.
#### How it works
Usage charge is only activated once merchants exceed their plan's monthly usage limits.
After that, additional charges of $0.05 per order will apply.
However, there's a limit on how much you pay: the **maximum usage charge** caps your usage fee for each billing cycle, so no matter how far you go beyond your free orders, you will never be charged more than that amount.

#### Which cap applies to you?
From **June 10, 2026**, **BOGOS applies a new usage charge policy**.
The cap that applies to you depends on your situation:
* **You subscribe to a paid plan for the first time, or uninstall, reinstall, and then resubscribe to BOGOS after June 10, 2026**: The new cap applies `(*)`.
* **You were on a Monthly or Yearly plan before June 10, 2026**: You stay on the old usage charge policy - until you uninstall and then reinstall BOGOS app, or upgrade/downgrade your plan.

Your usage limit automatically resets at the end of each 30-day billing cycle.
**Uninstalling and reinstalling** the app will **NOT reset your usage count**; it will only reset when your current billing cycle ends.

If you are currently on the old usage charge cap, **we recommend you NOT uninstall or downgrade**. This way, you can keep your existing cap and continue enjoying your current rates.

## Check your order usage & usage charge
To track your current usage and make sure you stay within your plan's limit:
1. Go to **BOGOS Admin**.
2. Open `Pricing`.
## Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
#### Can I refill my 30 free orders by BOGOS if I downgrade after upgrading to the Paid Plan?
No, these 30 free orders are lifetime only. Once you reach the limit, you will not be able to refill, even if you downgrade or upgrade your plan.
#### If I reach the limit of Free Plan, what will happen to my offers? Will they be deleted?
Your remaining offers will be locked once the 30 free orders limit is reached.
However, you are able to manage and view these offers in your BOGOS Dashboard, with all data saved. If you decide to upgrade to the Paid Plan, your offers can be easily reactivated immediately.
#### Can I open a locked feature to try it before upgrading my plan?
Unfortunately, you can only preview their UI set up while using the Free Plan.
But the good news is that you can try our paid plans with a 7-day free trial that can be cancelled anytime before billing starts.
#### What happens if I exceed the usage limit?
If you exceed your plan's usage limit, additional charges will be applied based on your plan's rate.
#### Does usage charge allow merchants to accumulate orders?
No, your usage limit is reset at the end of your billing cycle. The remaining uses will expire if you don't use your monthly allocation within 30 days.
